The Group's ready-mix arm at Abu Dhabi Industrial City — ICAD III, combining high-capacity batching, pumping, transit mixers, temperature control, laboratory testing, maintenance and material handling.
High-Capacity Batching
SIMEM batching plants are rated at 180 m³ per hour. The ready-mix operation is designed to support continuous pours and demanding project schedules, with weighbridge-controlled intake and automated mix control.
Plant, fleet and production infrastructure
Aggregate storage, cement silos, automated weighing and a maintenance workshop keep production continuous through peak demand. Two Caterpillar 950 wheel loaders manage aggregate stockpiling and feed to the plant, keeping the batching lines supplied without interruption during peak production hours.
Ice & Chilled Water Systems
The operation includes Snowkey ice production and chilled-water systems designed to control concrete temperature during demanding UAE summer conditions — protecting workability, setting behaviour and long-term strength.
Temperature control is planned per mix and per pour, in coordination with site teams and delivery scheduling.
Engineered for hot-weather concreting — target range 24 °C max, in ambient conditions above 50 °C.
Placement and Delivery Capability
The fleet includes HOWO Zoomlion transit mixers and CIFA boom pumps with 48 m, 50 m and 56 m reach, supporting delivery and concrete placement across varied project types.
