The Group's industrial base is at Abu Dhabi Industrial City — ICAD III. Concrete-product manufacturing and the ready-mix batching plants operate from there, with the head office at the Injazat Data Building in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi.
SIMEM batching plants are rated at 180 m³ per hour across two plants, with weighbridge-controlled intake and automated mix control. The operation is designed to support continuous pours and demanding project schedules.
Through in-house Snowkey ice production of 80 tons per day with 80-ton storage, and chilled water at 13,000 litres per hour at 2 °C. Temperature is planned per mix and per pour with site teams, holding fresh concrete within specification through the peak of summer.
CIFA boom pumps with 48 m, 50 m and 56 m reach, supported by a fleet of 25 HOWO Zoomlion transit mixers at 12 m³ capacity. An in-house maintenance workshop supports fleet availability and uptime.
The blocks factory holds pre-qualification from the Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council across its product range, which supports a smoother project-approval process for clients.
The Group operates its own fleet — dump trucks, flatbed and lowbed trailers, box trucks and crane-equipped flatbeds — coordinated from the Abu Dhabi yard, with site-delivery scheduling handled alongside project and site teams. Collection can also be arranged from the stockyard.
For ready-mix, mix design, slump and cube testing are documented for every pour, with records linking materials, mixes and deliveries to each project. For concrete products, dimensional and strength checks are carried out before release and dispatch.
